Pink Floyd reunited briefly (sort of), during Roger Waters’ “The Wall” concert last year in London. The animosity that drove them apart seems to have passed. Roger convinced David Gilmour to strap on the Black Strat one more time, for the legendary solo in “Comfortably Numb”. Nick Mason also showed up to bang a tambourine and hang out with his old pals. This video shows us some old friends who have learned forgive and embrace their troubled past. Watch David ham it up during his dry-run through the guitar solo. Watch Roger Waters, formerly known as rock and roll’s biggest hardass, hugging his friends and publicly repenting for his ego-maniacal ways. This is a beautiful coda to the epic journey that was Pink Floyd.
